Vilaurbana is a delicatesen shop located on Vilablareix, a village next to Girona. They offer the best km0 products, made for local farmers and some menus made for a professional cook.

The Challenge
To manage the store, they needed a POS Software (to make sales) and an ERP Software (to keep up to date the accounting and the complete management of their business). Through internet, they contact us in order to get a solution for the supermarket. The goal was to manage all the store with only one software.
Being a new opening, the challenge was big: Implant a solution at the same time that formation was offered to all the employees.

The Solution
Like in all projects that Danzai Software is involved, we investigate business needs and advise them according through our experience. After this investigation, we concluded that Dansap ERP+ Dansap POS was the solution to implant, because was the one that fitted more our customer’s needs.

Results
Once you have the solution implemented, after the reporting period and a few months, we can evaluate if the implemented software is useful for Vilaurbana. The result, in this case, has been positive. We have achieved that the customer has a software adapted to their needs and work methodology.
Also, we are going to facilitate them all the daily management of their store and automate tasks that needed to be made manually and would take up lots of time of their daily workday.
